If you’d like a copy of your Pacaya account data, you can easily request it through the app.

Steps:

1. Open the Pacaya App.

2. Go to your Profile.

3. Tap the Drawer Menu (☰) — also known as the Hamburger Icon.

4. Select Privacy.

5. Tap Request Your Data.

You’ll be automatically redirected to your email app with a pre-filled message draft addressed to support@pacaya.com
Simply review and send the email to complete your data request.

Expect to receive feedback from us within 7 working days.
