If someone uploaded your photo, video, or content on Pacaya without your permission, we can help.

Just email us at support@pacaya.com and include:

• A link or screenshot of your original content
• A link or screenshot of the content on Pacaya
• A short note saying you didn’t give permission
• Your name and email
• A request to remove it

We’ll review your report and take action as soon as possible.

If your content was removed and you think it was a mistake, you can reply to our email to request a review.

Pacaya does not take sides in ownership disputes but we do remove content that appears to violate someone’s rights or privacy.
